Pre-launch terms for the EkRatti website and proposed Gold & Silver platform.
Effective date: 04 October 2026
1. Platform status
EkRatti is currently in pre-launch development. This website is informational and prepared for partner review. It does not currently execute gold or silver transactions.
2. Operator
EkRatti is a brand owned and operated by Openfin Fintech Private Limited.
3. Proposed services
Planned services may include digital Gold and Silver purchase/savings, holdings display, transaction history, recurring-savings functionality, sale, physical redemption and delivery, subject to executed partner agreements, technical integration, applicable KYC and legal requirements.
4. Precious-metal provider
Augmont integration is proposed. No executed partnership is claimed by this website. Final customer terms, pricing, purity, custody, vaulting, insurance, trustee, storage duration, redemption, delivery, fees and settlement will be governed by the applicable executed partner agreement and customer terms.
5. Eligibility and KYC
Users must meet age, identity, KYC, payment and other eligibility requirements applicable at the time of transaction.
6. Pricing and taxes
Gold and Silver prices, spreads, applicable taxes, fees and delivery charges will be displayed before a live transaction once partner APIs are enabled.
7. Cancellations, refunds and reversals
Cancellation, refund, failed-payment and reversal rules will be published before live launch and will reflect the applicable payment and precious-metal partner framework.
8. Risk
Gold and Silver prices can rise or fall. Past price movement does not guarantee future returns. EkRatti does not promise fixed or guaranteed investment returns.
9. Intellectual property
EkRatti branding, design, website content and software are owned by or licensed to Openfin Fintech Private Limited, except third-party marks and materials.
10. Limitation and changes
Pre-launch features, workflows and partner descriptions may change before commercial launch. Final legally binding customer terms will be published before live transactions are enabled.
